Miranda's growl was hushed, and she used the strength she still had to pull her arms out, and wrap them around his neck. She closed her eyes tightly, then parted their lips carefully.

Ryan leaned up. He sighed softly, sitting on the arm of the couch near her head, looking down at her. "You alright now?" his tone hushed and regret showing on his face for bringing the topic up.

Miranda winced, and shied away from the subject, not answering. She sat up, leaning into the back of the couch, playing with her fingers.

Ryan took her hands and kissed them. He sighed softly, looking at her hands. "Sorry." he mumbled, playing with her fingers.

"You promised." Miranda groaned, and watched him playing with her fingers. She pulled them away, crossing her legs, and keeping her gaze down.

Ryan shifted, falling off of the arm of the couch and onto the ground. He wrinkled his nose, not moving. "Habit." he explained with a shrug. His eyes were up at the ceiling and nothing else.

Miranda leaned over the couch, resting her chin ontop of his head, tugging him gently. She grumbled slightly, then got down on the floor next to him, putting her arms around him. "What's wrong?" She asked, and looked at the table where his cracked cell phone was. She picked it up, and played with it.

"I'm thinking about the things." Ryan said simply, closing his eyes with a sigh. He leaned on Miranda slightly, a small smile forming.

"Here's something to think about. Our wedding, does it have to be big?" She asked quietly, pressing a broken button, making a loud buzzing noise. She laughed lightly, and set the vibrate button off, handing it to Ryan.

Ryan chuckled under his breath. "If your letting Toni plan. Big. If not, small." he nodded, slowly opening his eyes to look at his phone. "Thanks." his sarcastic smirk, aimed to her as he tossed it into the trash.
