.italy, with its many waters and grand historical cities has become the epicenter for commerce in the Paradoxial lands. venice and rome are the two main centers of freedom, as they are the last cities that have not been raided in some for or another by the Darkness. here, the humans that are captured by the Paradoxials are usually kept, locking in underground wine cellars adapted for enslavement.
.the Neverwinter Walk's name is contradictory to its self overall. here, a long stone stair case rises at a small slope up the mountain in the northern section of what was Switzerland. at its top lays the castle of Paradox, with its dark and light stone walls and snow covered towers. here, it snows almost twenty-four seven, and leaves the land in a time of blissful white that's beautiful to the eye, but can kill if you're not careful. this is one of the only places of Paradox that the humans of the Darkness have not yet invaded and attempted to destroy. the battlements harbor Paradox who wish to fight and protect their country.
.in the forests surround the northern land bridge that connects the two lands lays a deep valley with mountains on two sides and a steep cliff on another. the cliff is completely covered with trees and underbrush, having trees growing off its edges and sticking out over the gorge. among the underbrush, Paradoxials and watch in waiting for an attack or party coming from the opposing sides. here, they can see far enough away to suspect attack in enough time to get everyone up in arms.
.evermist is one strange area in the land of Paradox. here, in this deep lush wood lays meadows of vast beauty, always, or usually, covered in gentle shrouds of mist, though the ground is never wet. it is said to be the most powerful place in Paradox, where a great battle was once held. supposedly, all the strength and magic of the most powerful were transferred into the land to ensure the victory of the battle. the magic was said to have lived on in the grounds, making this on enchanted place.
.the Sunset Canyons are admired for their beautiful sunsets and sunrises that are filled with awe inspiring colors that paint the sky. snowfall here is common in all seasons, given its high location north. the canyons are only just sustainable for life, given the low amount of Oxygen in the air from the lack of lots of plant life. here, it is not uncommon to feel light-headed and to faint, as it happens all the time. only those that know how to navigate it usually make it through quickly. but it doesn't matter, any way leads out, it just may not lead to the "out" you were looking for.
.Aairswood is a small, yet modern town that lays on the coast of Denmark where the humans called Skagen. here, snow falls for half the year, and sun and rain reign for the other half. the town is right along the ideal cliffs where flat ground lays. Aairswood is known for the great natural resources found in the Aairs Valley south-east of town in a beginnings of a small mountain range caused when the dimensional barriers were broken. it is a great city of trade and commerce, though not quite as well known as the Italian centers.

.los angeles, a city that had much grandeur long ago is now the center hub for all the dastardly goings-on in the land of Fharäl. here, the trade and slavery as well as jailing of Paradoxials hits epicenter, being a large portion of the life and happenings of this city. Paradoxials normally do not travel here, given the high security and mortality rate for those with the magic in their blood.
.here, you may also role play any spontaneous areas that are not mentioned below, such as towns, random areas, the like. here, all left-outs come to life.
.at the base of the northern mountains of Fharäl lays the medieval castle of sorts that the Fharälian king thrives in. dungeons line the under- caverns of the seven acre land-area. the mountains that are visible in the distance, just passed the forest, are the key to make it through, and back to Paradox.
.beyond the Fharäl Heights, and its castle, lays a forest that follows along the mountains and over the land bridge that leads back in to Paradox. these thick woods are where the refugees hide away as they attempt to cross back on to welcoming, and familiar land. not much sunlight makes it through the canopy above, making for a very dark atmosphere that is often snow-covered from the height at which the forest rises. ash still lingers in places from attempts at burning out the refugees, either that or the dust in the air is just black, glinting in the scarce rays that find their way in.
.the Cliff Head is a very feared place by those Paradoxial's that have been captured. here, those that do not comply to the Darkness are executed. the cliff head at the summit of the highest mountain in the range far south from the land bridge is often struck by lighting on a yearly basis, but especially in the months coming towards summer and those months as well. here, prisoners are often thrown off the mountain with their arms and legs bound together, awaiting tha jaggeds at the bottom. it is a rather barbaric death.
.the scarred land was once a lush, beautiful forest that teemed with life all throughout the years. then, once the barriers were broken, and the Darkness invaded, fires were started in this area, if not on purpose. the land soon burned out and is now only a land of burned tress and ash ground with meadows that have barely any grass. here, camps and jails and torture rooms are set up in large block similar to villages. most of the captured are kept here until they are moved to the dungeons of Fharäl Heights.
.the raided expanse was once a large site of a glorious city that was destroyed long ago. now, all that remains in the valley between the forest and mountains is a large meadow littered with remains used as shelter from Paradoxial runaways. large raids often sweep this area in anticipation of finding strays. often, they are found, for there is almost no where to run but out in the open.
